California Condor in United States

California Condors still occur in United States, though specific park pins are still being curated. Use the California Condor field guide for ID and biology, and the United States expedition page for broader wildlife destinations.

United States context: Backyard birds, park pond ducks, and suburban neighbours. Wildlife you can find on a normal afternoon walk.

When you are out looking, prioritise cliffs, canyons, open scrub, and grassland in United States. That is where local sightings of this species are most often reported.
